Dance Studio, Retail & Office Construction Project
We’re a commercial post frame building contractor that recently completed a large commercial building in Ocean View, NJ. While we’ve designed many post frame structures to be used as warehouses, manufacturing plants and retail stores, this was our first post frame dance studio!
As an accomplished commercial post frame builder, we were excited to help our client design a space where they could grow their business with additional studio space, a competition stage and an in-house cafe. Our client carefully explained their needs and it was our goal to provide solutions.

We wanted to design a space that would be comfortable and functional for the dancers and staff at Dance Dynamics, so we incorporated five studios for private instruction, along with an open dance space. The new Dance Dynamics facility also features an 18’x34′ folding wall partition which was needed to accommodate large classes and competitions.
